Introduction

"St Andrews Golf Academy’s Elite programme has been developed by former PGA Tour Professionals and Advanced PGA teaching professionals. Our in-house golf professionals have > 100 years of combined experience - including winning on the European Tour and competing in the golf’s Majors. This is complimented with our Advanced PGA Professionals (ASQ Level 3 Certificate) status - equivalent to leading golf coaches on the US / European Tour. Sample Itinerary

Day 1

    Morning: Arrive into Edinburgh/Glasgow airport and meet your hosts – who will waiting in the arrivals hall with your group name. Transfer to the University of St Andrews Halls of Residence via luxury transportation

    Lunch: St Andrews Links Clubhouse

    Afternoon: Welcome Reception with Presentation from our PGA Professionals on the St Andrews Golf Academy and the weekly schedule. PGA Professionals will outline the Elite Camp; max of 4 students per PGA Professional. This camp will include the swing; fitness; short game; sports psychology; strength and conditioning; putting and tournament prep.

    Evening: Extra-Curricular Activity

Day 2

    Morning: Swing Tuition, Technical, Driver Optimisation

    Lunch: St Andrews Links Clubhouse

    Afternoon: Sport Psychology and Fitness

    Dinner: University of St Andrews

    Evening: Extra-Curricular Activity / Academia from the University of St Andrews

Day 3

    Morning: Short Game, Wedge Masterclass, Bunker Play

    Lunch: St Andrews Links Clubhouse

    Afternoon: Putting Speed Control, Green Reading

    Play Golf over St Andrews Links Courses

    Dinner: University of St Andrews

    Evening: Extra-Curricular Activity / Academia from the University of St Andrews

Day 4

    Morning: Individual Practice

    Afternoon: Academia from the University of St Andrews

    Morning: Fitness, Sports Psychology

    Afternoon: Tournament Preparation, How to Practice and Play and Build a Plan

    Morning: Short Game, Putting, Chipping

    Afternoon: Putting Routine, Practice Drills

    Morning: Individual Practice
